1. When will the apartments be ready?
- The first floor apartments, numbers 4, 5 and 6, are finished.
- The third floor apartment, number 11 will be finished in September 2009.
- The second floor apartments, numbers 7, 8 and 9, will be finished in October 2009 - January 2010.
- The third floor apartments, numbers 10 and 12 will be finished in 2010.
- The ground floor apartments, numbers 1, 2 and 3, will be finished in 2010.
2. Are there any estate agent fees?
- If you buy from the internet site there are no agent's fee. The apartments are offered for sale through several agents, who will add their fees to the price.
